This feature is available as an account feature upgrade, for those wishing for a simple easy to use interface that will allow self-maintenence of their own site.
Since this is a self-maintainable module (meaning something you the user will maintain), you should have some of the following characteristics if you are considering having BigTime adding and integrating this feature to your domain:

- You should be comfortable with computers in general with an intermediate level of computing experience.
- You should understand basic text formatting similar to word processing software like MS Word.
- You should be resourceful and be able to find and refer to simple help files to solve your problems independently

The Content Management System is an add-on script that provides an easy to use interface allowing you
to update your text and graphics for a certain designated portion of your site. Most all sites I design have a basic shell template and all
page content sits in the same place. This is the section of your page that you would have control over
without having to worry about losing the formatting of you page.
Once initiated on your page, the appearance of your page will slightly change in that the content will now
appear in a scrollable frame within that template.
For those who are not familiar with HTML (hypertext markup language) this interface proves to be an easy way to obtain the look and feel they desire without the hassle of learning to program. The interface intuitively inserts the correct markup language tags in the background to produce the desired results on screen.
For those users who are a little bit more advanced its a full feature editor allowing you to change content on the fly without having to worry about FTPing your new pages in.

This feature relies on a technology referred to as iframes, or inline frames, for the inclusion of external objects including other HTML documents. It basically creates a new webpage and embeds this information in to the shell of your template. The iframe made its debut way back when Microsoft released Internet Explorer 3.0. For a while, they only existed on Intranets and Microsoft-optimized sites. Now that they are fully supported by all subsequent Microsoft browsers, Netscape 6, and Opera 5 (to name the biggies).
The module contains an interface that has a simple to use interface with basic a basic text editor that includes copy, cut past, bold, italics, underline, bulleted and numbered lists, and indenting, as well as the ability to view and modify the actual HTML code to add additional functionality.
Once your content is submitted, it is kept within a dedicated database that uses MySQL. When the page is loaded, the iframe goes out and retrieves that information from the database and inserts it into to page.

There is a one time set up fee charge of $250 for this feature to be installed and embedded within your domain, which includes up to 2 pages.
Each additional page averages $25 depending on how complicated the formating needs to be.
In addition there may be a change in your hosting tier package, depending on what package you currently have.
You will be provided a detailed help file via a .pdf when you sign up for this feature. This help file information will also be available by link from within the
administration area. This file will include basic usage, as well as a reference to commonly used HTML tags for advanced features not readily available through the user interface. Support is always available, but
advanced support will be credited towards your pre-paid package of hours.
