The basic bones of all design packages include a graphical site template that can readily
integrate more advance features and modules now or in the future, Dynamic (DHTML) menu systems with drop down (or roll out)
navigation, customized error pages, major search engine optimization and submission, any needed custom graphical work, a customized letterhead to match your website,
and all downloadable forms that you provide will be formatted to match your site and returned to you for your records.
The variables that exist for each project are:
- Site Content:
Beside the actual textual content that is imperative to present like who you are, what you do,
and how to contact you, we also offer a host of add-on modules to enhance functionality of your site.
- Domain Name:
Your costs in securing you URL can increase or decrease by length of time you decide you want to secure it.
Paying for your Domain Name annually is more expensive than opting to buy it outright for a 10 year period.
- Hosting Package Tier
This is directly related to your desired content. A simple site needs a simple hosting package, a complex site needs added functionality
and a higher tier hosting solution.

1)Consultative planning
This is probably the most important of all stages in design and development of your new site.
In this stage, we will discuss your goals, define and gather your content, explain any required
online forms or add-on modules you might need, and of course site maintenance and hosting.
While this is a critical time in the process, don't worry about this phase etching your future in stone.
We understand the complexity of this process. Very often you will find there is a feature you did not
think you would initially desire, but want to intergate it toward the end of development, this is not a problem,
we remain flexible throughout this process.
2)Preliminary “mock-up” template and estimated price
After we have a good idea of where you want to go with your new site, the attitude you want
to reflect, and the content you want to provide, we will create a “mock-up” of your site template for your review.
At this time we will also provide an estimate on total costs to produce your site and get you up and running.
3)Site Production
After we've made any needed adjustments to the inital "mock up" template
we will begin the process of populating your site with your content. At this time you will need to have a large amount of your desired content prepared and
ready to hand over for integration. The site will be posted to a temporary place on the internet
to allow you to watch the progress as it is happening and comment on anything along the way.
Once the site if fully populated and operational it will be released to the
associated Domain Name and go live. At this final stage your email and ftp accounts will be created.
